Jya Terms & Conditions and Usage Rules

1. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By accessing or using the jya platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. You must read this entire document carefully before registering on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using our services. jya reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open an account on the jya platform, the user must be 18 years of age or older. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete information that matches your identity. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure. A person may operate only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. jya may request valid identification or other documents for identity verification at any time, and failure to provide them may result in account suspension.

3. Account & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Giving any third party access to your account or transferring your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately and change your password. You will be held responsible for all activity on your account, unless you have reported fraudulent activity to us in a timely manner. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication to keep your account secure.

4. Betting Rules

All betting activities on the jya platform are conducted within defined rules and limits. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or modified, so please make decisions carefully before placing a bet. If a bet is placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error, jya reserves the right to void that bet. Any bet identified as being associated with match fixing, corruption, or any unethical activity will be cancelled. The minimum and maximum bet amounts are set individually for each event and are clearly displayed on the platform.

5. Payments & Withdrawals

Jya processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) and supports local mobile banking methods including bKash and Nagad. Deposits must be made only through a payment method registered in your own name, and third-party deposits will not be accepted. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1–3 business days, though delays may occur if identity verification has not been completed. In compliance with anti-money laundering policies, jya reserves the right to review or place a hold on any suspicious transaction. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

Any bonus offer from jya is subject to specific terms and conditions, and each promotion may have separate wagering requirements. The required betting turnover must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn; otherwise, withdrawal will not be permitted. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times or exploiting multiple accounts to gain an advantage may result in account termination. Promotional offers have a set expiry date, and any unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after expiration. jya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

7. User Code of Conduct

All users must maintain respectful conduct while using the platform, and harassment or abusive language directed at other users is strictly prohibited. Operating an account using any automated bot, script, or software is strictly forbidden. If a platform vulnerability or bug is identified, it must be reported to the jya support team immediately; intentional exploitation is a punishable offence. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or any form of cybercrime will be subject to legal action. Conducting any illegal activity through the jya platform is strictly prohibited, and in such cases, the account will be immediately suspended and legal action will be taken.

8. Account Closure & Restrictions

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded subject to proper identity verification before the account is closed. If a breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, or unauthorized activity is detected, jya may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. In such cases, the balance may remain on hold until the relevant investigation is concluded. Under the Responsible Gaming policy, users who submit a self-exclusion request will have the option to temporarily suspend their account for a specified period.

9. Limitation of Liability

The jya platform will not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues, internet connection failures, or third-party service outages. Betting is a risky activity and the full risk of losing money rests with the user. jya will not be held liable for service interruptions caused by external factors such as natural disasters, government directives, or force majeure events. We take reasonable precautions regarding the accuracy of information, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy. Our total liability will never exceed the amount deposited in the relevant account.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Jya reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users in advance through their registered contact details. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
